Our Co-Directors bring senior level experience from a range of sectors.
Lynn previously headed up a successful inclusion consultancy working with global financial sector businesses, government departments, NHS organisations, Local Authorities and a range of Commissions before taking a break to focus on bringing up the smallest member of the Killick clan and conducting research to further inform her approach to inclusive policy making and meaningful impact assessment. Lynn also sits on the steering committee for Equate Scotland, an organisation making a positive difference for women working in, entering or studying STEM.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Alex has enjoyed a successful career as an executive director leading HR and people functions in large, complex organisations. As well as his work at Leading Kind, Alex is a founder member of the @BeTheRipple movement where he shares his expertise and experience to support managers and leaders take steps to build a kinder workplace. Alex is also a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a ministerial public appointment with Edinburgh College.
Our Associate Team are core to our success and bring real expertise in Human Rights, Race Equality, Data Protection and all aspects of Human Resources and People Management as well as excellent project management skills.
In addition to our Associate Team we collaborate with a range of experts as and when required, leading and supporting, to make sure we offer value, expertise and diversity of thought and experience.
Each client project is managed and delivered by a Director of Leading Kind.

Lynn Killick
Our Co-Founder and Director Lynn leads our research and inclusion work. With an academic background and interest in the use of information to enhance decision making Lynn is an expert in inclusive design and has successfuly designed and delivered transformational change in a range of sectors to remove barriers to inclusion.
As well as her work at Leading Kind, Lynn is an active steering group member of the national charity Equate Scotland, an organisation committed to tackle underrepresentation of women in the STEM Sector.
When she isn't working you'll most likely find Lynn walking the dog, cooking up a storm or planning the next family adventure.
Maresa is an expert researcher combining professional expertise in green technologies and logistics with an academic interest in Human Rights and Diplomacy. She is currently in pursuit of a PhD with a human rights and gender focus and supports Leading Kind with our research projects.
Our Co-Founder, Alex is an experienced executive and non-executive director specialising in developing strategy and policy that has employee voice at its core. When he isn't working or advocating for kinder workplaces you'll find Alex writing short stories with his daughter or strumming the guitar badly with the fantastic charity @dadsrock
