Leading Kind were asked by a Scottish College to help them re-position their equality work. They had achieved a lot to date but wanted to make sure that they were focussing their resources effectively.
Our tried and tested approach to inclusion audits enabled the College to prioritise activity and raise awareness of the importance of advancing equality across all areas of their work.
Leading Kind worked with a newly established Local Authority Trading Company to set up a suite of core people policies and develop the terms and conditions and reward and recognition policy so that the Board could proceed with the recruitment of the senior team. Leading Kind has now been commissioned to develop and run the leadership development for the new senior team
Leading Kind were asked to work with a property services and construction firm to develop a People Strategy to support their ambitious new Business Plan.
We involved staff and developed a detailed People Strategy and action plan with a focus on growing green skills and diversifying the workforce. Leading Kind are now retained to support the organisation upskill their people managers.
Using our diagnostic tool Leading Kind supported a global spirit company to understand and take action to address the issues that were adversely affecting employee engagement.
Leading Kind were asked by a University to develop a new reward and recognition system that ensured equal pay and clear points of progression so that the pay policy was, and seen to be, fair and supported the institution's strategy delivery with a focus on sustainability and inclusion. We also provided innovative recognition methods. We delivered this project on time and in budget
Leading Kind designed and delivered an impactful inclusion session for the Board of a national membership organisation. This session provided participants with the opportunity to connect inclusion to their strategic aims and built confidence of the senior team to talk about issues of inclusion.
